The correct process of Justice

The correct process of justice
1. Know what they are doing
2. Let them know that you know what they are doing
3. Establish consequence for what they are doing.
The human civilisation is a peculiar one, we skipped the first two steps and somehow expect justice to work on punishment alone.
“How to solve drunk driving” oh harsher penalties. “how to solve theft” oh harsher penalties. “how to solve rape” oh harsher penalties. Guess how much crime people would be doing if they had a bit of accountability?
Funny thing is we made the consequences so harsh, we actively refuse knowledge of what we are doing in the name of “freedom”, “liberty” and “privacy” because we know that if accountability increased without proportionate reduction in consequence, everybody would be arrested and tortured for laws they break daily.
